Commuting Safely: When Riding A Jeep, Look Out For Their Hands
When commuting, I always make it a point that as soon as I’ve settled myself inside the jeep, I look around and notice where the passengers’ hands are. Unless their hands were amputated, it should be somewhere you can see.

You can think of a lot of reasons why people would even think of hiding their hands inside a non-airconditioned jeep where you won’t even feel cold, but I’ve noticed that if their hands are hiding on their backpack, most likely they are using their backpacks to hide something.
That something might be stealing your belongings.
In my case, I get extra careful and extra alert with my belongings whenever I sense that there might be a robber inside the jeep. I check my belongings every now and then, until I get off the jeep. In extreme cases, I get off the jeep even if I’m still not on my destination. It’s better to trust my might-be-erroneous instinct than be sorry later.
Buy me a coffee! How To Differenciate Products Made in China
Nowadays, due to the melamin scare that have been included in dairy products from China, people have become cautious about the origin of the products they are purchasing. The easiest way for me to know where the product was made is through reading the product’s barcode. I believe that almost all products that we find in the grocery have it.
Products made in China have 690, 691, and 692 as the first three numbers in the barcode. 471 is from Taiwan.

This product is made in Taiwan.

MyLot: Get Paid to Post in Forums!

The past few days, I’ve been surfing around myLot to de-stress after work. I usually surf after work for two hours or less.
What I like about myLot is the interesting people I get to talk with in the forums. They do present different point of views that make me think twice about my stance on something.
The other week, I posted about “What Can You Say About Marrying A Foreigner?”, and many people replied. Many responses struck me because there are many people who met their foreign husbands through the internet, and learned to love them entirely despite the distance and the “illogicality” of dating over the internet.
Right now, I’ve posted about “Do You Prefer Earning Extra Money Online or Offline?” and so far many people responded to my post, saying that they prefer earning offline due to safety.
Isn’t it so weird that people fall in love over the net, but cautious about money online?
Anyway, I hope you guys try myLot for yourself. Enjoy sharing your thoughts while earning!
